So it’s our first giveaway (yaaay!) Ouidad has gifted us with 5 Pump n’ Go Styling Spray Gels from their new KRLY Kids line. The gel contains wheat proteins that define curls and protect against humidity. 5 applicants will be selected at random to receive one.
To enter all you have to do is
1. Give a brief version of your child’s hair regimen (please include his or her age!)
and
2. Include a photo of your little one rocking his/her curls.
I’ll go first as an example:
1. I have a 9-month old named Noah. Because his hair and skin are so delicate and sensitive at this age, I keep it simple. Every time we take a bath (about 3 times a week), I rinse his hair with water and gently massage his scalp. This is enough to get it clean. Once he’s out of the bath and dried off, I rake a dime-sized amount of jojoba oil through his hair.
His hair currently only grows at the top (lol!) so I do a ‘protective style’ by putting in one or two braids. Of course these neat braids are annihilated within minutes once he starts playing, lol. I also line his crib with a satin sheet so his hair stays moisturized at night. If we’re between bath times and he needs moisture, I spritz with Shea Moisture Hold & Shine Moisture Mist. Sometimes I’ll take the braids down and let him rock a Mr-T fro (lol) or do a samurai bun.
